Young couple Ellie and Lauren are excited to be taking their first step onto the property ladder, moving into their new Gleeson home after saving for a deposit while living with their parents. Their journey has been filled with anticipation, and they are now ready to enjoy life in a home they can truly call their own.
“We chose the Tyrone house style because we loved the layout, particularly the kitchen being situated at the front of the house. Initially, we were torn between the Lisburn and the Tyrone, but after visiting the Tyrone show home at the Rochdale site, we knew it was the one for us. The house includes three spacious bedrooms, which provide plenty of room for us to start a family one day — this was a really important factor to us when searching for our home. One feature that particularly stood out to Lauren was the handy little storage cupboard in the kitchen — she’s already planning to turn it into a cosy cubby hole for our future kitten."
Location was key for the couple, with convenience and connection to family playing a big part in their decision.
